Smith says dispensaries are heavily restricted in how they can advertise, including bans on certain forms of digital marketing, outdoor advertising, and sponsorships, making it difficult to build brand awareness.

“Partnering with experiential design expert Tip Tech helped us to bring our vision to life,” adds Smith. Our brand is represented by a purple owl – a wise and mystical creature that lives in a magical forest of tranquility. We want our customers to see and feel that vision when they enter our store.”
The dispensary features six 60-inch high-tech monitors and a projection system that displays a 360-degree panorama of a forest environment, including ambient nature sounds and gentle music. The scenes will change throughout the season, so customers will have new experiences to look forward to.
Smith says set and setting are vital to an enjoyable cannabis experience. “Our customers purchase our products because they like the mood-elevating and calming effects they offer. Our store creates a setting and a mindset that is synergistic with their objectives.”
